General Characteristics

MT Idiomes
As more and more companies are looking outside of Spainto the global market, and foreign companies invest in Spain, there is an increasing necessity for you to communicate in English on a daily basis. This communication is not always face to face and it is therefore essential to be well practiced at using all forms of business communication.
Methodology
The course is designed such that each week you will develop and practice the three main communication skills that workers are required to use on a daily basis.
Face-2-face communication
An oral communication class in which the student develop and practice the skills and the language required for communicating in English in person when networking, in meetings, and when giving presentations.
Telephone communication
Pre-prepared simulated problem solving role-plays and business related telephone interactions between the student and teacher are designed to develop the student’s ability to understand and express themselves clearly in an oral interaction without non oral communication aids such as gestures and facial expressions.
Email communication
Pre-prepared simulated problem solving and business related email interactions between the student and the teacher are designed to develop the student’s ability to write clearly and concisely, in the correct format and register, while effectively communicating the objectives of their email.
