• Courses are homogeneous for level
• The full range of levels from starters through to FCE, CAE and Proficiency
• Reduced group sizes with a maximum of 8 students
• 3 hours a week - 2 classes of 1.5 hour or 1 class of 3 hours
• Coursesrun from September to June and follow the school calendar

With all our courses we take a highly communicative approach to language teaching, and aim to create an enjoyable dynamic classroom atmosphere where students feel happy and comfortable interacting in English.

Methodology

Our standard courses are designed to improve all aspects of your English language abilities and although our emphasis is on oral communication these are global courses which cover everything from reading and writing through to grammar, listening and speaking.

Being able to communicate orally is the key to learning and enjoying a language and therefore it is essential that you have the chance to orally practice the target language structures and vocabulary being studied in class. For this reason, 60-70% of class time is devoted to oral communication and interaction activities while written activities and exercises are reserved for homework.

Objectives

To improve your general level of English language competence to a point where you are prepared, should you want to,to sit for and pass the Cambridge First Certificate Exam/Cambridge Advanced Exam/Cambridge Proficiency Exam.
