The information related to the personal data that you provide is presented in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679, of the European Parliament and European Council, of 27th April 2016.

When processing our users’ data, we implement all the technical and organizational security measures stipulated in the applicable legislation.

For what purposes do we process the data?

The personal data is processed for the purpose of managing all aspects of the commercial or contractual relations between the parties. It is also processed to respond to any enquiries or requests for services that we receive via the contact form designed for this purpose, as well as to send electronic communications that are informative in nature, in line with each person’s interests.

How do we protect personal data?

COLLECTING USER DATA: PURPOSE AND CONSENT

This website provides users with the appropriate technical resources so that, before entering any personal data, they have access to this Privacy Policy and any other relevant information in relation to personal data protection.

When a user follows the profiles of MT IDIOMES on this website’s social media, they give their consent for their personal data to be processed by these social media platforms, in accordance with each social network’s individual conditions and policies.

MT IDIOMES has taken all the technical and organizational measures required to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data it processes, as well as preventing the loss, alteration and access of the data by unauthorized third parties. However, the user acknowledges and accepts that the security measures on the Internet are not unassailable.

In order to respond effectively, any requests to exercise your rights must include: a photocopy of your National Identity Card, the request specifying which rights you want to exercise, your address for the purpose of notifications, the date, the signature of the person exercising their right and the accrediting documentation for the request, if applicable.
